(CBS)  Celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton is in the middle of his own scandal.

Hilton posted a photo of Miley Cyrus on his Twitter page that appeared to show the 17 year old stepping out of a car without underwear - though, it turns out, she may have had underwear on, after all.

Some say the posting could be child pornography.  But Hilton is fighting back.  He removed the controversial photo from his Twitter page after a national outcry.

And he insists the tweet was meant to teach Cyrus a lesson. "The reason I linked to that photo is 'cause I think she was exiting this car is a very un-ladylike fashion. And you know, I like to encourage Miley to be ladylike."

Hilton, who calls himself "The Queen of Mean," has a well-known history of pushing boundaries.

Last September, he posted a photo of Demi Moore's daughter, Tallulah Willis, saying the 15 year old was "dressing like a slut!"

But, says CBS News Correspondent Bill Whitaker, he may have crossed a legal line with his Cyrus posting.

"There are laws against putting that kind of stuff on the Internet, and he could be prosecuted," observes defense attorney Steve Cron.

Lindsay Lohan's mom got the police involved Wednesday night when she tried to use a "Carvel Black Card" to get a free ice cream cake for her son Cody's fourteenth birthday party. She was denied. You see, the card, which promises "75 years of free ice cream," comes with a catch: It can only be used by the celebrity whose name is embossed on the plastic. That's where Dina Lohan ran afoul of Carvel and its freebie rules.
When Lohan marched into a Carvel store in Long Island, New York brandishing her daughter's Carvel card and demanding ice cream, the manager, apparently having had enough of Lohan's mooching, confiscated the card.
"He almost pushed the cake off the counter and he wouldn't give the card back, so we called police," Lohan told The New York Post. "It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen." Eventually the police arrived and gave the card back to Lohan, with the stipulation that she is no longer allowed to use it.
According to a statement issued by the company after the incident, Lohan has been "abusing the card" for six months to get "numerous and large orders for ice cream" for her family and friends.

Shannon has been at the center of growing controversy since that day in May when he fell and hit his head, and Shannon called 911 but left him alone, bleeding. In the hospital she took photos of him on his deathbed, which were later sold and although she denies profiting from them. Shannnon also took Coleman off life support even though he had signed a medical document saying he wished to prolong life.

Now she’s fighting for his estate with Anna Gray, his ex-girlfriend and the executor of his 2005 will, which surfaced this week and many say will be validated.
Price alleges she was Gary's common law wife and thus entitled to everything he had. His estate could be lucrative due to residuals, and a battle is looming.
